Nutrition

  • There are no bad foods.
  • Reading food labels is very important.
  • Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It is the meal that gets you started for the whole day.
  • Most places you go have nutrition information available. For example Starbucks has it available if you ask.
  • Eat healthy food, but eating things in proportions and having variety is most important.
  • Serving sizes can be very helpful for controling the amount of food you eat.
