Nutrition


  • There are no BAD foods
  • Every food is a good one as long as it is eaten in moderation
  • Breakfast is an important meal to eat because you need energy to start the day
  • Reading food labels are good to see what you are eating
  • Wheat products are much better for you
  • At places like Starbucks you can ask for nutrition information
  • A normal meal portion is half the size than a Chipolte burrito
  • If you put your snacks in a bowl, your more likely to have less of them
