- There are no BAD foods
- Every food is a good one as long as it is eaten in moderation
- Breakfast is an important meal to eat because you need energy to start the day
- Reading food labels are good to see what you are eating
- Wheat products are much better for you
- At places like Starbucks you can ask for nutrition information
- A normal meal portion is half the size than a Chipolte burrito
- If you put your snacks in a bowl, your more likely to have less of them
